SHIPPING COSTS

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Processing and delivery does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Once a purchase has been made on shoproute.org, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. An email will also be sent once your order has been shipped.

Free delivery in St. Louis

Free delivery to the Route shop in Columbia, Missouri. 

HOW WE SHIP

For shipping we use USPS.

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Please contact online@shoproute.org immediately with any issues or concerns regarding your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

We happily exchange items or give store credit within thirty days of purchase with receipt. 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We happily exchange or refund full-priced items within ten days from the date your order was processed. All refunded returns are fully processed through the online store  and may be dropped off at the brick and mortar shop. If you can’t make it in or we are not in your neighborhood, follow the Online Process For Returns to send your purchase back. 

ONLINE PROCESS FOR RETURNS
  1. Email online@shoproute.org and let us know which item(s) you will be sending back for return.

  2. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box and mail to: 3834 Flad Ave, St. Louis, Missouri 63110.

  3. Once we have received your package, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
